American Water’s Ellen Wolf to Participate in Panel Discussion at CFO Green Conference

American Water Works Company, Inc. (NYSE:AWK), the largest investor-owned U.S. water and wastewater utility company, announced today that its senior vice president and chief financial officer Ellen Wolf will be part of a panel discussion at this year’s CFO’s second annual Green Conference, held on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at The Yale Club of New York City.

Wolf and her fellow panelists will be discussing their company’s sustainability efforts and other “green” technologies. The conference is focusing on the cost/benefit proposition of the green movement in Corporate America and addressing the problem of staying on course with such initiatives in challenging economic times.
