ArcelorMittal, under the new share buy-back program as announced on 12 December and on 18 December 2007, hereby announces that it has repurchased 4,535,697 shares from 16 June until 20 June 2008.
The shares were repurchased at an average price of EUR 62.8834 and for a total amount of EUR 285,220,271.
