Wesley Bell refiles petition to remove Councilman Dennis Hancock over nepotism hire

In his final days in office, St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Wesley Bell has refiled a quo warranto petition seeking to remove Dennis Hancock from the St. Louis County Council over a nepotism hire earlier this year.
