Jobs report shows 199,000 gain in November. Wages rise sharply.

The return of striking workers boosted the number of new U.S. jobs created in November by a solid 199,000 and wages rose sharply, but the latest jobs report also pointed to some softening in the labor market as higher interest rates take a toll on the economy.
