AMD stock ticks higher as data-center sales hold up

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. ticked higher in the extended session Tuesday after the chip maker's data-center sales held up and corrections in the forecast held up to estimates that had not been updated follow the company's pre-announcement earlier in the month.
