UPMC's use of monoclonal antibodies continues to accelerate

UPMC has treated more than 5,000 people with monoclonal antibodies so far, which is 2,300 more than a month ago. Monoclonal antibodies are given by infusion in an outpatient setting and work best the earlier they are given after a Covid-19 patient develops symptoms.
