SelectHealth ranks highest in member satisfaction among health plans in the Mountain region for a fifth consecutive year, according to the J.D. Power 2014 Member Health Plan StudySM. The Mountain region includes Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Wyoming. The study measures satisfaction among more than 34,000 members of 136 health plans in 18 regions throughout the United States.
In the Power Circle RatingsSM on JDPower.com, SelectHealth received the highest rating of “among the best” in each of the study’s categories:

- Information and communication
- Provider choice
- Claims processing
- Customer service
- Coverage and benefits
SelectHealth received a total member satisfaction score of 698 (out of 1,000), compared to the Mountain region average of 672.
