Help a Utah Nonprofit Receive $2,500 by Voting for a Select 25 Award Winner

SelectHealth, a nonprofit health insurance carrier, invites the public to choose one of its Select 25 award winners.

In May, SelectHealth will award $2,500 to 25 Utah organizations improving health in their communities. The final winner will be chosen by an online voting contest. Anyone is welcome to vote for one of three outstanding organizations:

  • Clayton Middle School provides an after-school program where students can take part in outdoor activities like rock climbing, skiing, hiking and more, at little or no cost. Details: clayton.slcschools.org.
  • Odyssey House Clinic provides medical and dental care to Utahns who are low-income and working to overcome substance abuse. Details: www.odysseyhouse.org.
  • Splore is a local not-for-profit adventure company, empowering individuals of all abilities to connect with Utah’s wildlands and to push beyond boundaries. Details: www.splore.org.

Visit www.facebook.com/selecthealth (click “Vote Select 25” on the left menu) to vote through March 29, 2012. Only one vote per Facebook account is allowed.

The complete list of Select 25 award recipients will be announced in early April on www.select25.org.
