With almost two decades of professional experience as a talented leader within the property management industry, Mr. Arnie Creinin has certainly proven himself as accomplished and he is an expert in the field. He is a dynamic results-driven leader who has demonstrated success and advancement throughout his entire career. Currently, Mr. Creinin is the CEO of Coastal Lifestyles Inc., a luxury property management, concierge service and vacation rental business located in South Padre Island, Texas.
His impressive repertoire of prior roles includes his dedication to the hotel industry spanning three decades long. Starting his career as a sous chef for the Americana Hotels in Palm Springs, Great Gorge, New Jersey, then promoted to Executive Chef in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and then the Americana Disney Resort in Florida from 1980 to 1988. He was then made the Executive Chef for the Kahler corporation located in Rochester, Minnesota, adjacent to the Mayo Clinic from 1988 to 1992.
As Executive Chef, he had the opportunity to cater for President and Mrs. Reagan, President George Bush, His Royal Highness King Hussein of Jordan, and Her Majesty Queen Noor. Then he was off to the Hilton in Destin, Florida where he was the Executive Chef then promoted to Food and Beverage director, then again promoted to Hotel Manager from 1992 to 2001. Until 2006, he worked on consultancy projects for the above mentioned and other projects.
As the CEO of Coastal Lifestyles Inc., Mr. Creinin makes certain his guests and customers experience an outcome that exceeds their expectations. In addition to finding a dream vacation property, Coastal Lifestyles Inc., offers and curates unique amenities such as pre-arrival shopping, babysitting, rental car options and security services.
Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Creinin was recognized nationally for his outstanding leadership and commitment to the property management industry. He has received awards, accolades and has been featured in publications. He will be featured on the famous Planet Hollywood Billboard on the iconic Las Vegas Strip for his selection as Top CEO of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP). Mr. Creinin will also be considered to be featured in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine and for the Lifetime Achievement Award from IAOTP.
As an active member within Mr. Creinin’s industry, he holds membership with the National Association of Realtors. He was previously involved with the South Padre Island Convention and Visitors Bureau.
