Nextech AR Solutions CEO Evan Gappelberg joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news about the spin-out of its AI-powered Toggle3D platform through a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
Gappelberg told Proactive the success the company saw with ARway Corporation's spin-out last October led it to pursue a similar move with Toggle3D. Nextech plans to retain approximately 65% ownership of the new company.
The spin-out is still subject to court and shareholder approval.
