Maiwurm is Chairman Emeritus of one of the world’s largest global law firms, where he spearheaded an aggressive international expansion, building relationships across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America. In 2012, he was named one of the ten most innovative law firm managing partners by Law360. Maiwurm has also served as Chairman and CEO of Kaiser Group International and held positions on the boards of a leading community bank, a government contractor, and several non-profit organizations.
Maiwurm grew up in small-town America and earned a degree in history from the College of Wooster in Ohio before attending the University of Michigan Law School.
