CharmHealth Announces Charmalot 2025, Dedicated to Exploring, Engaging and Elevating the Healthcare Ecosystem

Microsoft’s Sally Ann Frank and Harvard Medical School’s Dr. Vivian S. Lee to Headline Distinguished Roster of Speakers

CharmHealth, a leader in healthcare technology solutions for providers, today announced that registration is now open for its highly anticipated annual conference Charmalot 2025. Designed to shape the future of healthcare, this year’s event unites the entire CharmHealth ecosystem of healthcare providers, practice administrators, tech developers, partners, entrepreneurs, and investors for a deep dive into the ever-changing world of healthcare technology with the people who are defining how care will be delivered.

Charmalot 2025 will feature keynote talks by luminaries Sally Ann Frank and Vivian S. Lee in addition to informative spotlight sessions, panel discussions, and in-depth group sessions — as well as plenty of opportunities to network and connect. The CharmHealth Innovation Challenge will also be a highlight, as new voices and innovative minds in digital health unveil emerging technologies. Charmalot 2025 will be held Sept. 19-21, at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Berkeley, California.

“2025 promises to be the biggest, most exciting Charmalot yet,” said Pramila Srinivasan, Ph.D., CEO of CharmHealth. “Our community is thriving, and so many new solutions are emerging that are truly elevating what healthcare can become. This is an opportunity for us to showcase the advances being made as well as to chart a course forward that enhances the lives of all around us.”

The CharmHealth ecosystem continues to expand, encompassing a diverse range of healthcare providers, new enterprises, administrators, IT experts, entrepreneurs, vendors and investors. At Charmalot, they will engage in extensive cross-functional networking opportunities with healthcare professionals across various specialties as well as learn from their fellow colleagues.

Headlining this year’s event will be Sally Ann Frank. Ms. Frank leads the global health and life sciences strategy, programs and portfolio for Microsoft for Startups, an organization dedicated to accelerating the development of innovative, market-making companies. Through business strategy planning, go-to-market development, and technical excellence, she enables startups to achieve their short-term revenue goals and long-term visions. Previously, she was part of Microsoft’s IoT solutions team, helping healthcare and life sciences companies use IoT to improve patient outcomes and efficiency. With more than 25 years in the technology industry, she is focused on business outcomes, helping providers, payers, medical device, pharmaceutical and life sciences companies use IoT, machine learning, AI and a variety of other Microsoft technologies to meet the changing demands of the healthcare industry. She is also the author of “The Startup Protocol: A Guide for Digital Health Startups to Bypass Pitfalls and Adopt Strategies that Work” and is currently working on her next book, “The Unicorn Protocol,” due out early 2026. At Charmalot 2025, Frank will provide key insights for startups hoping to address the many unique and nuanced needs across the healthcare industry.

Vivian S. Lee, M.D., Ph.D., MBA is a healthcare and health tech executive and scholar who is dedicated to building a more sustainable and resilient world. As an executive fellow at Harvard Business School and senior lecturer at Harvard Medical School, she has been recognized as one of the 20 people transforming healthcare with AI. She is the author of “The Long Fix: Solving America’s Health Care Crisis with Strategies that Work for Everyone” and a highly regarded keynote speaker globally. Prior to that she was the CEO and dean at the University of Utah Health and chief scientific officer at NYU. Dr. Lee will provide her perspective to Charmalot 2025 attendees on how AI can shape care delivery and what needs to be considered when building for the future.

In addition to exceptional speakers, attendees will explore the features and capabilities associated with CharmHealth, including its latest releases, CharmEasyCare, Charm AI Scribe and CharmHealthHub. Furthermore, Innovation Challenge finalists will present their pitches to an esteemed panel of judges as well as the audience of investors, entrepreneurs, potential partners, and technology leaders; the 2025 Innovation Challenge will continue to accept applications until July 31, 2025.
