Bramlett Residential, the fastest growing independent real estate brokerage in Central Texas, today announced its rebrand to Bramlett Partners, its new Austin office headquarters and a strategic expansion to serve the Waco metroplex. The brokerage also announces that it has tripled in size in the last two years and has one of the best agent retention rates in the business at three times the industry average.
Bramlett Partners’ new headquarters are located at 6850 Executive Center Boulevard, which triples the firm’s office footprint to accommodate new staff and serves as a coworking space for agents.

Bramlett Partners projects sales of $1 billion in 2025 following $600 million in sales in 2024. Since 2020, the brokerage has seen a 300 percent increase in annual sales production. The brokerage’s agents produce 3.5 times the industry average in sales.
