With over 28 years of manufacturing experience, Walock has held senior operations and supply chain management positions in the defense, aerospace, power sports, and compact construction industries across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Her extensive background spans the full product lifecycle—from prototype development to full-rate production—combined with a proven ability to align stakeholders and lead high-performing teams. Walock’s leadership track record includes roles at industry leaders such as Caterpillar, Bobcat, Polaris, Dynetics, and Leidos.

Walock holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from North Dakota State University and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. This blend of technical expertise and business acumen equips her to drive operational excellence and support PDW’s mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions to its customers.
