Rob Snow, a workers' compensation and managed care industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, has joined The IMA Group (IMA) as Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing. IMA is one of the nation's leading providers of medical and psychological evaluations, working with employers, insurance carriers, TPAs, and government agencies nationwide. The company also provides one of the industry's top networks of clinical research sites.
Snow is charged with leading The IMA Group's sales, account management and marketing departments to drive further expansion and growth through IMA's Government and Payer divisions. He'll bring his extensive skills and connections to help his team reach new levels and opportunities within the managed care, workers' compensation, and government services industries.

Snow began his career with Concentra Managed Care and then moved on to Genex Services (now an Enlyte Company). At Genex, Rob worked in local and regional sales for the first 5 years, followed by 3 years on the Senior Management Team and 12 years in national sales. He then spent nearly two years with Paradigm's Case Management Solutions division, leading and integrating their sales and account management teams.
Beyond his family life and work experience, Rob is a leader in a nonprofit he and his wife founded in 2013 called Stand Up for Downs. Its mission is to enhance the lives of those with Down syndrome through humor. Rob recently created The Improvaneer Method, a ground-breaking program teaching improvisation to those with developmental disabilities to help build skills that will increase social, workplace, and lifetime opportunities.
Snow holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Miami University of Ohio and resides with his wife and two sons in Medina, Ohio.
