MMORPG Legends of Aria Launches Closed Alpha Testing of Upcoming Blockchain Release

SARASOTA, FL / ACCESSWIRE / May 11, 2022 / The MMORPG Legends of Aria, produced by Citadel Studios and Reaper Games, has just launched a closed Alpha Testing of the latest build of their game in preparation of their upcoming relaunch and move to the blockchain.

This upgraded client has been under development for over a year now and features a new over-the-shoulder camera angle that most MMO-gamers are more accustomed to seeing.

The game is scheduled to relaunch in October of this year as a "play-to-earn" game, meaning that users can earn money while playing the game. This new gaming model is powered by the use of cryptocurrency and non-fungible tokens (NFTs), which allow players to exercise more ownership over their in-game assets.

Upon relaunch, the Legends of Aria team plans to rebrand the current version of the game to Legends of Aria Classic. At this stage, the team has no plans to sunset this former version of the game.
