Silver Gold Silver Bullet Mines (SBMI) has announced a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to $2M. The company will issue up to 5,000,000 units. Each unit will be priced at $0.40 and will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant can be exercised to acquire one additional share at a price of $0.60 for 24-month following the closing of the offering. Empower Clinics (CSE:CBDT) partners with Ceres Terminals Canada to provide COVID testing

Empower Clinics (CBDT) has signed an MOU with Ceres Terminals Canada for healthcare services, COVID-19 testing and logistics management. Under the terms of the MOU, Empower and Ceres will design, implement, and maintain a cruise re-start program that provides COVID-19 testing services and response for the Canada Place cruise ship guests for the 2022 cruise season. White Gold Corp. (TSXV:WGO) reports assay results from the Ulli's Ridge target
