Target has set the location of its May 28, 2009 Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 250 West Sunset Drive, Waukesha, Wisconsin. This is a store that is under construction, as evidenced by the attached photographs which include a banner indicating that the store will not open until July 26, 2009.

Target may have held previous meetings at new stores; however, as this site is still under construction we would appreciate your assurance that we will be given reasonable, adequate and uninterrupted access to phone lines, internet access and office space.
