(1) | In connection with the February 21, 2007, merger transaction whereby Peoples Energy Corporation became a wholly owned subsidiary of Integrys Energy Group, Inc., investments in Peoples Energy were converted to investments in Integrys Energy Group at the merger exchange ratio of .825 shares for each share of Peoples Energy. The conversion was exempt from Section 16(b) pursuant to Rule 16b-3. |
