Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.


(b)           Steven A. Milavec, Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Customer Support of Wilber National Bank, The Wilber Corporation’s wholly-owned subsidiary, passed away on May 4, 2007.  Mr. Milavec started with the Company in 1972 and served in his capacity as Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Customer Support since 1996.  The Company did not announce any immediate plans to fill the vacancy left by the passing of Mr. Milavec.
