Action by Rating Agency
On April 9, 2003, Standard and Poor's Ratings Services lowered its credit rating
outlook on GM and GMAC to negative from stable. Standard and Poor's is
questioning how GM will fund its multibillion-dollar pension and health care
liabilities.
