Stockholder Meeting Notice The Agilent Technologies, Inc. 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time at Agilent’s headquarters located at 5301 Stevens Creek Blvd., Building No. 5, Santa Clara, California (USA). Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.
