On October 2, 2015, ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. (“ARMOUR”) confirmed that a cash dividend rate of $0.33 per share will be payable to holders of ARMOUR common stock for the month of October 2015, as set forth below:

Additionally, ARMOUR confirmed on October 2, 2015 that monthly cash dividend rates of $0.171875 and $0.1640625 per share will be payable to holders of ARMOUR Series A Preferred Stock and Series B Preferred Stock, respectively, for each of the three months in the fourth quarter of 2015 as set forth below:
