Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On January 29, 2007, Home Solutions of America, Inc. (“HSOA”) issued a press release announcing new and additional contracts awarded to Home Solutions Restoration of Louisiana, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of HSOA. A copy of this press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
