Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 31, 2007 Laidlaw International, Inc. released a press release announcing that its wholly owned subsidiary, Greyhound Lines, Inc., had extended its collective bargaining contract with Amalgamated Tranit Union National Local 1700 through February 14, 2007.
