Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 28,
2005 Genta Incorporated (“Genta”) issued a press release announcing that
reports show correlations of Genasense® levels with target and biomarker effects in
patients with Acute Myelocytic Leukemia (AML) and Prostate Cancer. The press release is
attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
