See Leong Fang, age 62, has notified Ryerson Holding Corporation (the “Corporation”) of his intent to retire from his position as Executive Vice President — Operations and Chief Executive Officer, Asia of the Corporation, effective as of the close of business on December 31, 2018. Mr. Fang will continue to be employed by the Corporation and serve as Executive Chairman, Asia. Mr. Fang has served as the Corporation’s Executive Vice President — Operations since March 2016 and its Chief Executive Officer, Asia since 2013.
