Item 8.01. Other Events.

On June 25, 2018, Equifax Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a Consent Order (the “Consent Order”) with state banking regulators in response to their multi-state review of the Company’s information technology and security controls. A copy of the Consent Order is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
