Sesa Sterlite Limited (the Company) hereby intimate that at the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting scheduled on October 29, 2014 will consider the proposal to declare ‘Interim Dividend’ for the financial year 2014-15 to its equity shareholders.

We intimate that Wednesday, November 5, 2014 is proposed as the Record Date for the purposes of ‘Interim Dividend’ if approved, at the Board Meeting to be held on October 29, 2014.
