On February 2, 2007, the compensation committee of the board of directors of the Company presented its recommendation to the board of directors, and the board approved, that the Company provide Mr. John Connors, our Vice President of North America Sales, a one-time, discretionary bonus in the amount of $20,000. This bonus is in connection with recognizing Mr. Connor’s successful completion of a number of corporate milestones during 2006.
