This report on Form 6-K is being furnished for the sole purpose of providing copies of press releases in which the Company announced that both the agreement to acquire B2 Gold’s rights to an interest in the Kupol East and West exploration license areas and the acquisition of companies owning the rights to the high-grade Dvoinoye deposit and the Vodorzdelnaya exploration and mining licenses had both closed.
