On July19, 2010, Uranium Energy Corp. (the "Company") issued a news release announcing that the Company has received a technical report (the "Technical Report") for the Salvo Project located in Bee County, Texas. The Technical Report was prepared in accordance with the provisions of National Instrument 43-101, Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects of the Canadian Securities Administrators.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
