On December 30, 2009, Merriman Curhan Ford Group, Inc. received notification from NASDAQ that, based on the company’s Form 8-K filed with the SEC on December 29, 2009, the company complies with NASDAQ listing requirements. Should Merriman Curhan Ford Group, Inc. fail to evidence compliance in its next periodic report, it may be subject to delisting.

On January 5, 2010, the company issued a press release announcing the NASDAQ notification.  The press release is attached as an exhibit hereto.
