Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors;
Appointment of Principal Officers.
 
On October 8, 2007, Energy Focus, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Ted des Enfants, an officer of the Company and Vice President and General Manager, EFO®, has left the company to pursue other opportunities. Effective immediately, Eric W. Hilliard, Energy Focus’ Chief Operating Officer, assumed Mr. des Enfants’ responsibilities.
