On
June
6, 2007, Jack V. Everett resigned as our Vice President of Exploration and
a
member of our Board of Directors. Mr. Everett continues with us in a consulting
capacity. In this regard, we entered into a consulting agreement with him,
pursuant to which he is providing mining and mineral exploration consultation
services.
