On July 30, 2018, United Therapeutics Corporation (the “Company”) received notification from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration that it has approved the Company’s New Drug Application for the use of Remodulin (treprostinil) Injection in the Implantable System for Remodulin®. On July 31, 2018, the Company also issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.
