On February 20, 2007, Vital Images, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2006.  A Webcast relating to the press release will be held on February 20, 2007 as previously announced, and is broadly accessible to the public.
