Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago Industries) is filing herewith a press release issued on September 29, 2016, as Exhibit 99.1 which is included herein. The press release was issued to report that on October 13, 2016, Winnebago Industries anticipates announcing its financial results for its fourth quarter and Fiscal 2016 ended August 27, 2016. In connection with the announcement, Winnebago Industries will host a conference call on October 13, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. CDT.
