Item 8.01 Other Events.

Effective January 16, 2012, Anthony A. Maher has returned from medical leave.  Mr. Maher’s responsibilities as an employee of the Company shall be to assist the Company in business development, strategic planning and corporate finance.  He will report to the CEO and the CFO.  His role will be advisory.
