Landmark Bar and Restaurant to Bring Its Signature Flavors to Quinceaneras, Wedding Receptions and Other Special Events in Haltom City, TX

How Chef Point Bar and Restaurant came to be is a good story. Co-owners Paula Nwaeze and Chef Franson Nwaeze couldn't get a loan to open a restaurant, but they could get their bankers to pony up to open a gas station with a C-store.

They converted part of the store into a restaurant and let Chef Franson work his magic. The food got people talking. Powered by great word of mouth and positive media mentions, Chef Point Bar and Restaurant has continued to grow, opening its second location in Colleyville in 2019.

However, even back when there was only one Chef Point, it did a brisk catering business, powered by Franson's signature dishes such as duck a l'orange, shrimp alfredo, and lobster mac and cheese and, of course, his made-from-scratch bread pudding.
