(PRLeap.com) The International Lawyers Network (ILN), a global network of more than 5,000 lawyers, proudly announces that Amy Fracassini of Davis Malm, Boston, has been elected Chair of the ILN.Fracassini succeeds Pavla Kopeckova Prikrylova, formerly a partner at PETERKA & PARTNERS in the Czech Republic, following an election by the Board of Directors in November 2024. Kopeckova Prikrylova has served as ILN Chair since April 2020, stepping down after more than four years of exemplary service.

Fracassini, a corporate and real estate attorney, is a shareholder and former president of Davis Malm. She has been with the firm since 1998 and has served on its executive committee since 2015. With expertise spanning corporate law, real estate development, and business counseling, she provides comprehensive representation to her clients from formation to sale. Known for her skilled negotiation and problem-solving abilities, she is also passionate about mentoring the next generation of legal professionals.
