ABJ Digital to Host Exclusive Holiday Celebration at New Embassy Suites Hotel in Midtown Atlanta
The Atlanta Business Journal Digital will host its 2021 Holiday Extravaganza for 200 Atlantans in Midtown Atlanta at the new Embassy Suites Hotel

ATLANTA, GEORGIA – DECEMBER 16, 2021 – The Atlanta Business Journal Digital (ABJ Digital) is set to host its exclusive 2021 Holiday Extravaganza on Friday, December 17, 7:00 PM, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Hotel in Atlanta Station.

With 200 of Atlanta’s entrepreneurs, community leaders, and government officials in attendance, ABJ Digital will be the first organization to host an event at the newly opened hotel’s 4,000 square feet of event space.

“This invitation-only holiday gathering of extraordinary Atlantans, comprised of both local and national influencers, is a celebration of successful new beginnings after a difficult past two years,” said KC Pride, CEO of Influencer 365, CEO of the Atlanta Business Journal Magazine, and creator of the Top 25 Extraordinary Atlantans Awards Reception.

“Among the guests will be some of the first recipients of the Top 25 Extraordinary Atlantans making major contributions to the metro-Atlanta community, as well as some of the next round of possible recipients and we just wanted to celebrate and toast the promises of the coming year with them.”

Some of the expected guests include award-winning media personality Rashad Richey; Bill Leicester Allen, of the Allen Entrepreneurial Institute and founder of the New Black Wall Street Market at Stonecrest; Mayors Vince Williams and Angeline Butler of the cities of Union City and Forest Park, respectively; Georgia State Representatives Roger Bruce, Derrick Jackson and Debra Bazemore; Senator Sonya Halpern; business mogul and reality TV star Lisa Nicole Cloud; Comedians Rodney Perry and Kiana Dancie; and International Jazz artist, Cultural Ambassador for the U.S. State Department and founder of the nonprofit, SHOWAbility, Myrna Clayton.

The Atlanta Business Journal Magazine was created 30 years ago by founder Creed Pannell. For the last five years, Pride held the position of CEO, building up its digital presence.

“This event is in celebration of the tenacity, resilience and vision it took for businesses and communities to survive and thrive over the past couple of challenging years,” Pannell said. “As the Atlanta Business Journal moves forward with our own vision, I know I can trust the talent and skill of K.C. Pride in taking what we’ve built, to the next level.”

The Atlanta Business Journal Holiday Celebration is a collaborative effort between the Journal, Real 1100AM, Influencer 365 and CS Staffing and will feature live music by local performing artists.

Toys and monetary donations will be collected for donation for children to St. Jude Hospital.  The event will take place on Friday, December 17 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Hotel, located at 290 17th Street, Atlanta, GA 30363, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

The After Party is scheduled to be hosted by Celebrity Comedian, Mike Bend and will be held at the Paradise Lounge.
