Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
     On August 2, 2005, Technical Olympic USA, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2005, and increasing previously announced financial and operational guidance for 2005. The Company also announced operational and financial guidance for 2006. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
