Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 18, 2007, the registrant is presenting a Powerpoint slide showing a
TYSABRI® (natalizumab) utilization and safety update at a symposium at the
European Neurological Society meeting in Rhodes, Greece. A copy of the slide is furnished as
Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
The Powerpoint slide is being furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 of this Current Report on Form
