Results of Operations and Financial Condition |
On January 25, 2008, Fannie Mae (formally known as the Federal National Mortgage Association)
issued its monthly financial summary release for the month of December 2007. The summary, a copy
of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report, is incorporated herein by reference.
