January 14, 2011, Community Health Systems, Inc. issued a press release
announcing that it has given the required notice to Tenet Healthcare
Corporation (“Tenet”) that it intends to nominate a full
slate of 10 director nominees for election to Tenet’s Board of
Directors at Tenet’s 2011 annual meeting of shareholders.
