     On November 4, 2010, MGM Resorts International, a Delaware corporation (“Company”), issued a press release, attached as Exhibit 99 to this Form 8-K, announcing that the Company has closed the sale of its four long-term ground leases and their respective underlying real property parcels at The Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey for approximately $73 million. The information set forth in this Item 7.01 of this Form 8-K, including the text of the statement, attached as Exhibit 99, hereto, is being furnished to, but not filed with, the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”).
