On August 10, 2009, Integrated Electrical Services, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the fiscal 2009 third quarter, a copy of which is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. On August 11, 2009, the Company conducted an earnings conference call and webcast discussing the results of operations for the fiscal 2009 third quarter which had an accompanying slide presentation.
