On October 18, 2016, Andrew S. Heyman, Senior Vice President and President, NCR Financial Services, notified NCR Corporation (“NCR”) of his decision to resign from NCR to pursue another opportunity. Mr. Heyman is expected to remain with NCR through early to mid November 2016 to assist in the transition of his responsibilities. Bill Nuti, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NCR said, “On behalf of our Board of Directors, stockholders and employees, we thank Andy for his service to NCR and we wish him the best on the next step in his career.”
