Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On September 12, 2007, Gerber Scientific, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its first quarter fiscal 2008 results on a pre-tax basis and furnished a copy of that press release pursuant to this Item 2.02. A copy of such press release is now being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and shall be deemed incorporated by reference in the Company's registration statements filed under the Securities Act of 1933.
